The Role The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing and interpreting complex Oil & Gas contracts, ensuring alignment with both Operator and Supplier objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of U.S. Oil & Gas contractual frameworks, and the ability to translate contract terms into clear and actionable insights.

Responsibilities Review, interpret, and manage contracts for Oil & Gas Operators and Suppliers, ensuring alignment with project execution and business objectives. Translate complex contract language into concise briefs, highlighting risks, obligations, and opportunities for performance improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen contract and supplier performance management. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance and supporting strategic decision-making. Investigate and analyse issues by asking critical "why" and "who" questions to uncover root causes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in contract management practices. Support projects across their lifecycle with contractual insights and oversight.

Expected : Degree in Engineering or equivalent field, with strong fluency in U.S. Oil & Gas contracts Experience with contracts for an oil and gas operator or supplier Thorough understanding of project execution and business drivers for both Operators and Suppliers Experience with reading and translating contract language into concise contract briefs, for Operator and Supplier, while also providing insights and actions into how we can improve performance management of contracts and suppliers Strong analytical and investigative mindset, with proven problem-solving skills. Self-starter, capable of independently learning and applying new skills. Minimum of 3+ days / week in client office Desirable : PMP Certification is preferred MBA is preferred
