Job Opportunity : Full-Time Hospital Medicine Medical Director

Location :  Mayfield, KY

Compensation :  $130-$155 / hr + $3,000 / month stipend

We have an exciting opportunity for a  Full-Time Hospital Medicine Medical Director  at a thriving community hospital in Mayfield, KY. Position Highlights :

• Schedule :  7 AM - 7 PM, Full-Time (FT) with no on-call duties.
• Team Structure :  Expanding to a  4-physician program , with  2 physicians on during the day  and  Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) coverage at night .
• Patient Load :  Manageable census of  12-15 patients per day per provider .
• Support :  Closed ICU with  24 / 7 Intensivist coverage  – no procedures required, though competency in simple vent management is preferred.
• Facility :  107-bed hospital with an 11-bed ICU.
• Leadership Opportunity :  Shape the program and lead a team while enjoying full clinical and administrative support.
