Overview

Hiring an Integration Lead to architect and deliver end-to-end integrations for a Customer Master 2.0 program built on Reltio MDM. Role focuses on designing scalable, secure, real-time data flows across Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP, Snowflake, and customer-facing portals, while aligning with enterprise MDM and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration design and delivery across Reltio MDM and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, Customer Portal).

Define architecture blueprints, data flows, bi-directional sync, ingestion / syndication patterns, and interface specs.

Implement APIs, batch integrations, REST / SOAP services, queues, and event-driven pipelines using Reltio APIs and ETL tools.

Oversee data mappings, transformations, SSO / auth (SAML / OAuth), and canonical data models.

Ensure DQ / governance compliance, monitoring dashboards, error handling, and issue remediation with MDM / DQ teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in data integration and enterprise system design.

Strong experience in Reltio MDM integration, including API configuration, data ingestion, and syndication.

Expertise in ETL / integration tools (Informatica IICS, Talend, MuleSoft, or similar).

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON / XML, Postman, and API management platforms.

Proficiency in data modeling and mapping across ERP, CRM, and MDM systems.

Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and custom portals.

Working knowledge of Loqate / Melissa / SmartyStreets for address validation.

Familiarity with Azure / AWS / GCP and DevOps CI / CD pipelines.

Understanding of Kafka / RabbitMQ and streaming patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

Reltio Integration or MDM Certification.

Experience with Salesforce Reltio ERP integrations in healthcare / life sciences / manufacturing.

Exposure to API Gateway or iPaaS platforms.

Experience with AI-driven DQ frameworks (ZensAI or equivalent).

Familiarity with React / Node-based portal backends.
