Salary : $50,000-$70,000

The IT Analyst will be a hands-on, service-oriented technology professional responsible for deskside, A / V, and software application support, as well as light development for existing custom and commercial systems. This role will support a variety of platforms, including Shopify, LearnWorlds, Webflow, and Blackbaud, while ensuring a seamless technology experience for faculty, staff, and students. The IT Analyst must be technically skilled and deeply committed to cultivating trust and serving others in alignment with the seminary's mission.

Key Responsibilities Of The IT Analyst

Provide deskside and conference / classroom A / V support, ensuring Teams rooms and related hardware function reliably.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Mac, PC, iOS, and Windows platforms.
Support and maintain commercial systems including LearnWorlds (eLearning), Shopify (eCommerce), Webflow (website), and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge / Financial Edge (CRM / finance).
Assist with user access management, identity controls, and collaboration tools in Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
Maintain and enhance existing in-house developed applications, interfaces, and custom reports.
Perform ad hoc data manipulation, migration, and cleanup (SQL and scripting).
Support integrations between cloud applications and databases.
Partner with IT team members on new hardware / software deployments and technology projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications Of The IT Analyst

Commitment to the vision and mission of the seminary; able to cultivate trust and serve others with patience and professionalism.

Applicable education, technical training, or equivalent experience.

Previous deskside or end-user support experience, including hardware / software troubleshooting and resolution.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, including identity and access management.

Experience with Azure cloud technologies.

Hands-on support experience with Macs, PCs, iOS, and Windows environments.

Experience with LearnWorlds or similar eLearning platforms.

Preferred / Bonus Skills Of The IT Analyst

Development experience in Java, Python, HTML / CSS, or JavaScript / React.

Shopify or similar eCommerce platform experience.

Webflow or similar web design platform experience.

Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge.

Familiarity with Azure services such as Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Container Registry, and Microsoft Entra.

Experience with cloud application deployment, integration, and database management.
