LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted national law firm client looking for a Legal Billing Manager. This role will focus on their E Billing department and managing this respective team. Daily role looks like managing / training the team, process improvement, E-Billing platform compliance and troubleshooting, and communicating with internal stakeholders. This role will be hybrid and can sit in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville.
Duties :
Oversee E-Billing Processes & Procedures
Handle Escalations and Discrepancies
Supervise, Train, and Develop E-Billing Team
Ensure Invoice Compliance
Troubleshoot Client E-Billing Platforms
Process Improvement
Financial Reporting
Cross-Team Collaboration
Communication With Key Stakeholders
Qualifications :
5+ Years’ Experience in Professional Services Billing Environment Required
E-Billing Systems Experience Required
5+ Years’ Supervision Experience Required
Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or Finance Preferred

Pay Details : $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
