Caregiver - Home Care Case

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide non-medical, in-home assistance to elderly and disabled clients. The ideal candidate will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
Remind clients to take medications as directed
Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience as a caregiver, PCA, or CNA (preferred but not required)
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly with the office and client families
