Job Description :

  • 6+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience in the travel, leisure, or vacation industries.
  • Proven experience working on iPhone and Android native apps is essential.

Primary Skills :

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Proficiency in UX research methodologies, tools, and software; Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey research findings to various audiences.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product managers, and executives.
  • Experience in the cruise, travel, leisure, or vacation industries.
  • Familiarity with digital products and services in the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding and experience with commercial experiences and checkout flows.
  • Familiarity with web and native applications and other parts of the digital experience.
  • Proven experience working on iPhone and Android native apps is essential.

  • You gel with designers and engineers alike, and people always want you on their team.
  • You teach and share naturally; you observe, listen, form perspectives and opinions, and share them with your community, peers, leaders, and juniors.
