Continuous Improvement / Value Stream Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement / Value Stream Engineer to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. In this role, you’ll lead plant-wide initiatives to improve OEE, product quality, waste reduction, energy conservation, safety, and operating costs. This position is key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams and implementing impactful strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complex projects, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to maximize efficiency using Lean concepts.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies with measurable goals.
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methods.
• Coordinate initiatives with plant leadership to optimize resources and reduce redundancies.
• Conduct time and motion studies and validate production standards.
• Utilize value stream mapping and process charting to streamline workflows.
• Partner with training teams to develop standardized work instructions.
• Foster and support cross-functional improvement teams.
• Participate in training, safety, and assigned projects as directed.
