Job Duties & Responsibilities

Sample tracking

Run weekly sample reports

Send out weekly email correspondence with vendors requesting up to date information

Follow up actions to the sourcing team

Track and deliver all Proto, Color Run and tailoring samples

Assist in sampling roll ups and development charts as needed

Assist in Sourcing admin related work as needed

Data entry into internal systems

Pull data related to cost and time saving initiatives

Manage and organize vendor visits

Performs related clerical and administrative duties such as responding to email, data entry into PLM, processing mail, and setting up and maintaining files.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree

1 - 3 Years of experience in apparel industry

Adobe Illustrator

PLM understanding requested

Data entry, report generation

Garment construction
