Credit Analyst I

Job description :

• Conduct credit investigations and analyze credit information related to loans.
• Verify and update credit information as requested by clients to support the mortgage underwriting process.
• Provide operational support to the production team during the credit report supplement process.
• Resolve customer problems via telephone.
• Handle inbound consumer and client calls.
• Perform word processing tasks, including general correspondence and data entry.
• Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints.
• Research online documentation to assist with verification requests.
• Analyze credit files to determine the cause of missing data or changes in credit data.
