Supplier Experience Specialist

A company is looking for a Supplier Experience Specialist (m / f).

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the global network of business partners through various communication channels

Handle technical requests and assist with onboarding processes for business partners

Participate in special projects and collaborate with other teams

Required Qualifications

Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level)

Additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus

Advanced computer skills and experience with support platforms like Zendesk and Jira

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer support is advantageous
