Pay : $60 / hour + biannual profit-sharing bonus

About the Role
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will serve as the lead clinical provider in our modern, patient-focused clinic.
You’ll work collaboratively with our supervising medical director and clinic leadership team to deliver exceptional care in :
- Medical weight loss
- Hormone replacement and optimization
- Nutritional and peptide therapy
- Injectable wellness and aesthetic treatments (including Botox, if credentialed)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansManage and monitor patients on medical weight loss, hormone, and peptide therapy protocolsAdminister and oversee injections (including Botox, vitamin, and peptide treatments)Educate patients on medications, nutrition, and wellness strategiesDocument all encounters accurately in the EMR systemCollaborate with the medical director to maintain compliance and safety standardsSupervise medical assistants and support staff to ensure efficient clinical operationsContribute to workflow development and clinic process improvementProvide compassionate, encouraging support to every patientQualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio (required)DEA license in good standing (or ability to obtain)Experience in weight loss, endocrinology, or aesthetic medicine preferredProficiency in EMR documentation and patient communicationStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with the care teamProfessional, organized, and patient-focused demeanorCompensation & Schedule
