Pay : $60 / hour + biannual profit-sharing bonus

Schedule : Full-time & Part-time | No Sundays or Holidays

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will serve as the lead clinical provider in our modern, patient-focused clinic.

You’ll work collaboratively with our supervising medical director and clinic leadership team to deliver exceptional care in :

Medical weight loss
Hormone replacement and optimization
Nutritional and peptide therapy
Injectable wellness and aesthetic treatments (including Botox, if credentialed)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Manage and monitor patients on medical weight loss, hormone, and peptide therapy protocols

Administer and oversee injections (including Botox, vitamin, and peptide treatments)

Educate patients on medications, nutrition, and wellness strategies

Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system

Collaborate with the medical director to maintain compliance and safety standards

Supervise medical assistants and support staff to ensure efficient clinical operations

Contribute to workflow development and clinic process improvement

Provide compassionate, encouraging support to every patient

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio (required)

DEA license in good standing (or ability to obtain)

Experience in weight loss, endocrinology, or aesthetic medicine preferred

Proficiency in EMR documentation and patient communication

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the care team

Professional, organized, and patient-focused demeanor

Compensation & Schedule

$60 / hour (1099 contractor position)

Biannual profit-sharing bonus program

Full-time and part-time positions available

No Sundays or holidays
