What will you be doing :

The Director of Contracting is a key leadership position responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing contracts between IHCS and a healthcare organization, health insurance plans or payers. This role ensures IHCS secures advantageous terms, complies with regulatory requirements, and maintains positive relationships with health plan partners. The Director serves as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, driving business growth and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organizations payer relationships.
