Banquet Server pay $20 - $24 / hr depending on experience

Job description : Position Summary

We are looking for friendly, polished, and dependable Banquet Servers. You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences by providing excellent table service during formal and semi-formal events.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet areas with linens, silverware, glassware, and dcor

Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages to guests

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event

Clear plates and reset tables efficiently between courses

Follow the direction from the captains and event managers to ensure a smooth service flow

Uphold the venues standards of professionalism and hospitality

Assist in breakdown and cleanup at the end of events

Requirements

Prior banquet or restaurant serving experience

Comfortable carrying trays, standing for long periods, and working in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude

Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications :

6+ months of experience in the hospitality industry

Legally authorized to work in the United States

18 years or older
