Associate, Investments Team

TMG Partners is seeking an Associate to join the investments team in our San Francisco Office.

TMG Partners is a privately-held full service real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in San Francisco focusing on urban infill projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm celebrated its 40

th

anniversary in 2024. TMG's capital sources include a fully discretionary investment vehicle and traditional joint venture relationships.

The Associate will have a leading role in preparing property-level analyses for prospective investments as well as on-going asset management analyses for existing investments and will work directly with the firm's equity capital partners and lenders. The role's duties include, but are not limited to :

Acquisitions / Dispositions

• Underwriting commercial, mixed-use, and residential investments, including extensive ARGUS and Excel modeling
• Performing market research to determine underwriting assumptions
• Preparing memos / presentations for our investment committee, equity investors and lenders
• Assisting in the due diligence process for new investments, including reviewing and / or coordinating property condition reports, environmental reports, leases, loan agreements, service contracts, etc.
• Communicating with brokers, attorneys, contractors, lenders, consultants, etc.
• Assisting in the disposition process
