Salary :  Full-time : $240,000 - $260,000 / yr; Part-time : $120 - $140 / hr

We are seeking a Medical Director specializing in Addiction Medicine to lead their substance use treatment program in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY.   • Qualifications

  • Education :  MD or DO with completed Addiction Medicine Fellowship
  • Licensure :  Active New York State Medical License
  • Experience :  Minimum 3 years of experience in addiction medicine; leadership experience preferred
  • Requirements :  Active Medicaid provider number; Active DEA certification
  • Language :   Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Technical Skills :  Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, program development
  • Soft Skills :  Leadership, cultural competence, empathy, strong communication, collaborative approach
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the addiction medicine program
  • Develop and implement treatment protocols and quality standards
  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication-assisted treatment
  • Maintain active Medicaid provider status and DEA certification
  • Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
  • Ensure culturally competent care for a diverse patient population
