Key responsibilities include :

Responding promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.

Evaluating and performing restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.

Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.

Communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.

Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Performing restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean-up.

Position requirements include :

Valid drivers license is required for this position.

Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.

IICRC certification is a plus.

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies include :

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).

Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects.

Ability to work with / around cleaning agents.
