We have over 160+ Branch Life Specialist be a part of a large, strong sales force Branch offices present a unique dynamic for selling Company provided leads as well as the opportunity to sell to the existing membership base Walk-in traffic also provides the chance for selling opportunities daily Life Specialist receive 100% backing from one of America's most trusted brands to include paid training In branch referral base from P&C Agents and member representatives Field Sales Leadership Learning & Development Underwriting Claims Pricing & Product Development Marketing Making connections with persons physically outside of the office, such as visiting businesses, retail or office locations, real estate agents, mortgage companies, or other partners where a customer referral network and relationships can be created Attending AAA sponsored marketing events to further sales efforts Participation in local activities, such as charity, school, community, or sporting events to leverage as marketing opportunities and to generate potential prospects Physical interaction and representing AAA within the community by wearing AAA apparel, exchanging business cards, garnering attention of prospects and generating interest in those who could do business as an AAA customer of mine today or in the future Prospecting (excludes work from assigned office location, to include home office if applicable) for new Discounts & Rewards partners, Group Membership opportunities, Approved Auto Repair locations, or Join2Give organizations, to name a few to help develop new customers Schedule follow-up appointments conducted in person, outside the branch or home office Solicit and sell Life and Health products under minimal supervision Learn various product features and marketing and sales techniques necessary to perform duties Develop leads and prospects new accounts through various marketing activities (mailings, referrals, networking, website, sales.com, seminars, etc.) Successfully complete commission validation program Develop leads and prospects for the purpose of conducting fact finding interviews to determine needs for coverage Prepare proposals, and conduct closing interviews for Life and Health Insurance sales Complete appropriate applications and forms and follows internal processing procedures to ensure transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and practices Work collaboratively with others in the Branch to reach business goals, maximize leads, sales opportunities and take advantage of cross-sell opportunities Assist Underwriting and Brokerage Departments in satisfying requirements Respond to customer inquiries and problems and ensure sound-sales practices are used Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities and maintains specified production standards and persistency levels for Life and Health insurance Serve our members by making their satisfaction our highest priority Do what's right by sustaining an open, honest and ethical work environment Lead in everything we do by offering best-in-class products, benefits and services ACG values our employees by seeking the best talent, rewarding high performance and holding ourselves accountable First Year Average Earnings $55,000 - $75,000 (base plus commissions) Medical, dental and vision benefits 401k Match Paid parental leave and adoption assistance Paid Time Off (PTO), company paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidays Paid volunteer day annually Tuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program and other professional development opportunities AAA Membership Discounts, perks, and rewards and much more Possession of valid State Life Sales licenses Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products Possession of a valid State driver's license Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and / or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience with a proven record of successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products Experience selling intangible products Strong working knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services Ability to listen to and analyze customer needs and make recommendations to customers that best fit customers' needs and to promote a positive Member experience Effectively communicate complex information with prospective clients in a clear manner Ability to prepare proposals, and conduct closing interviews to sell Life and Annuity products. Assessing and reflecting customer insurance requirements consistent with company standards when writing policies Ability to perform mathematical calculations to determine premiums and values of Life insurance policies Ability to build and maintains strong relationships with customers Prospecting and developing new sales opportunities and meeting production requirements Ability to
