Health Services, Inc.(HSI) is a progressive healthcare organization specializing in innovative quality patient care, integrating physical, mental and social well-being. HSI has served Central Alabama for 55 years and is the first Federally Qualified Health Center in the state of Alabama.

HSI operates 11 health centers, 4 school-based health centers, 2 medical mobile units, 1 dental mobile unit, and 2 wellness centers in a 6 county service area.

HSI provides adult and pediatric dental services through 3 HSI health center locations in Montgomery and Lowndes Counties. The mobile dental unit provides services throughout all service areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Dental Director located in Montgomery, AL. The Dental Director will be responsible for overseeing dental services managing the dental team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care. The Dental Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve dental care services.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DDM)
• Dental Care, Dentistry, and Endodontics skills
• Experience in training and managing a dental team
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working in a community health setting is a plus
