The Role

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team. This role will design, build and scale our proprietary enterprise platform, APVision, to power the future of affiliate and influencer marketing.

You will design, implement, and operationalize advanced statistical models, predictive algorithms, and experimentation frameworks that enable AP to deliver actionable intelligence to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with a passion for solving complex business problems in marketing analytics.

Top 5 Responsibilities

• Advanced Modeling & Prediction : Collaborate with development and analytics teams to build, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models (e.g., time-series forecasting, causal inference, marketing mix models) to predict partner and channel performance within APVision. Leverage Bayesian and other modern frameworks to solve ambiguous marketing challenges.

What Success Looks Like

By 6 Months : Baseline predictive models for affiliate and influencer performance developed; cross-functional collaboration to support campaign measurement and experimentation initiatives; insights influencing client strategies and internal product development.

By 1 Year : Own and continuously improve a suite of predictive models and measurement frameworks core to APs analytics platform; serve as a trusted advisor to leadership; outputs guide client recommendations and strategic planning.
