The Accessories Coordinator role will work Monday - Friday from 11 : 00AM-8 : 00PM.

Responsibilities
Working with both Service and Aftermarket departments to ensure quality control of delivered vehiclesOrganization of different installationsSchedule repairs for Aftermarket vendors and assist our guest with ecp repairsMake sure No Show customers receive calls back to reschedule appointmentsProvide excellent customer updates - good communication skills neededAssist Accessories Manager to retrieve RO information as needed for monthly reportsWrite up the guest when they come in and work with getting them into a loaner vehicleAssisting Service / Sales Customers with Loaner vehiclesClose out of the work orders, distribution of copies for month end reportsDeliver the vehicle to guests with full explanations of work, installation and any questions they may haveQualifications
Are enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workdayHave sales experience / backgroundAre outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objectionsHave quality customer service skillsPossess strong communication skillsAre persistent, competitive and have a good work ethicFocus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal salesAre computer literate and have basic math skillsBilingual is a plusJ-18808-Ljbffr
