Job Title : Business Communication Specialist (Kinyarwanda Interpreter) Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Business Communication Specialist to join our team. This role involves working as an Interpreter for employees whose first language is Kinyarwanda. You will be essential in ensuring clear and effective communication between the employees and the management team.

Responsibilities Provide interpretation services for employees whose first language is Kinyarwanda.

Facilitate clear and effective communication between Kinyarwanda-speaking employees and English-speaking management.

Assist in translating documents and instructions from English to Kinyarwanda and vice versa.

Support employees in understanding company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Essential Skills Fluency in both Kinyarwanda and English.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Ability to work overnight shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a similar interpreter or translator role.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of business communication practices.

Work Environment This position requires working an overnight shift from 5 : 45 PM to 6 : 00 AM. Weekends work involves a total of 40 hours per week at the St. Peter's location. The work environment involves communicating with employees who primarily speak Kinyarwanda and ensuring they understand English instructions and communications.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 / hr.
