Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively reach out and engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

Sales Generation : Drive sales by effectively promoting the agency's insurance products and services.

Policy Development : Assist clients in selecting and developing tailor-made insurance policies that meet their individual needs.

Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Market Analysis : Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in insurance sales.

Record Maintenance : Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements

Licensing

Preferred : Oregon State Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to hire.

Required : Oregon State Property and Casualty Insurance License is required within one month of hire.

Experience : Prior experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and relationship-building competencies are necessary.

Customer Focused : A strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs.

Motivated : Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
