Bank Protection Officer
Allied Universal is hiring a Bank Protection Officer (BPO). The Bank Protection Officer will maintain visible position in exterior locations of retail banking centers, providing deterrence of criminal activity and misconduct. The Bank Protection Officer may be expected to handle potential conflict and must be able to interact with bank customers and associates in a courteous manner.
Responsible for manning lobby desks, patrolling facility, checking in and screening visitors, and monitoring CCTV cameras.
Multiple FT officers needed across all shifts 8AM-4Pm, 4PM-Midnight, and Midnight-8AM.
$17.62 An Hour Starting Pay!

RESUME REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
- Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
- Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
- Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
- Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE) :
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalentLicensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentCurrent driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicleMust possess a minimum of one (1) year of previous security, safety, and / or protective experience such as law enforcement, military service with a favorable discharge, or Transportation Security Administration (TSA)Be at least twenty-one (21) years of ageBe able to operate radio or telephone equipment and / or console monitorsDemonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the publicEffective oral and written communicationProblem solving skillsActive listening skillsAssess and evaluate situations effectivelyIdentify critical issues quickly and accuratelyCompile, sort, and interpret dataResearch, investigate, compile informationMediate conflict with tact, diplomacyWrite informatively, clearly, and accuratelyTeamworkAttention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE) :
