We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Gym Manager to join our client's team. This is a full-time position for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about Jiu Jitsu, excels in customer service, and possesses strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coach both adults and children in Jiu Jitsu.
- Manage and support staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all members.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Conduct community outreach initiatives to promote the academy.
- Drive membership sales and contribute to the academy's growth.
Requirements
Jiu Jitsu Rank - Must hold a Purple, Brown, or Black Belt (no other martial arts will be considered).Customer Service Experience - Any prior customer-facing role is acceptable.Technical Skills - Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, MindBody, and GoHighLevel is required.Coaching Experience - Preferred but not mandatory; exceptional communication skills are highly valued.Educational Background - A college degree is preferred but not required; we seek individuals who have demonstrated commitment and dedication in their pursuits.Benefits
Compensation & Benefits :
