The Role :

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and help fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales. You'll play a key role in shaping the hiring strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines as we scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms.
• Build and maintain talent mapping and pipelines for key roles and future needs.
• Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and other People functions to align on talent strategies, role design, and market insights.
• Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring plans and organizational growth.
• Help optimize recruiting operations, leveraging ATS and other tools to ensure a smooth and scalable process.
• Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring process.

Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted.

Base Pay Range (Plus Equity)

$150,000 - $180,000 USD
