Hiring Caregivers( Senior Helpers)

Job Summary:
Senior Helpers - League City is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide in-home care services to seniors in League City, Texas. This is a part-time, hourly position with a weekly schedule of 15-30 hours. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.5 per hour with the opportunity for overtime and flexible scheduling. Our caregivers are also eligible for paid time off, as well as ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Administer medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Report any changes in client's condition to the Care Manager
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
