As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to maintain a visible presence and help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support hotel staff and management by assisting with crowd control during events and / or busy periods as required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
