Housing Specialist

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND the ability to obtain a Public Trust IAW job requirement through the Customs & Border Protection Agency. Provides on-site support and coordinated maintenance and upkeep of Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Housing units in Piegan, MT, in Sweetgrass, MT and Del Bonita, MT. Work will be home-based at Piegan, MT with visits as required to Sweetgrass, MT and Del Bonita, MT. A government vehicle will be provided for site support.

Compensation & Benefits : Estimated Starting Salary Range for Housing Specialist : $76,000-$78,000. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Housing Specialist Responsibilities Include :

Perform administrative tasks listed below :

• Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
• Complete and obtain signature for Occupancy Agreements.
• Submit work orders to contractor major maintenance tasks.
• Review and recommend approval for completed work.
• Coordinate administrative / maintenance duties with the regional CBP housing program managers.

Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of CBP Houses.
