Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor include:

• Day-to-day supervision of staff
• Manage call offs and staffing
• Maintaining consistent practices
• Effectively communicates performance expectations
• Ensuring assignments are thorough and complete each shift
• Reporting any concerns to Nursing Team

Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
