Summary :

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator works closely with warehouse, customer service, purchasing, and outside vendors to control, receive, and ship goods.

Job Duties :

The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Recording and processing all Receipts and Shipments proficiently in E21.
• Proficient navigation within E21 to complete the tasks of :

Inventory look ups

• inventory adjustments
• License Plating processes
• Allocate customer orders.
• Run required reports.
• Must be able to complete all reporting for weekly, monthly, and yearly cutoff processes.
• Schedule carrier appointments in TMS (Blujay)
• Creating and Coordinating intra-company transfers.
• Strong computer skills including the use of E21, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and administrative skills
• Maintain work area in clean and orderly status.
• Answer phones
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with a Windows-based computer system (programs include Microsoft Office and inventory software)
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents
• Ability to write standard documentation and present information to other employees in the organization
• This position may require forklift certification
