Excellent primary care opportunity with flexibility. Choose full-time, part-time, employed or 1099.

- Internal Medicine & Family Medicine Welcome
- Outpatient Only
- Full Time or Part Time
- W-2 Employee or 1099 Option
- Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm
- NP supervision
- Geriatric Fellowship a Plus
