Serenity Hospice is hiring an RN Case Manager to support our West Metro area. Come join our compassionate team of professional clinicians who make a difference in the lives of patients and families facing an end-of-life journey.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Coverage : Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Newberg, Yamhill
