New vehicle dealer in northern Arizona is looking for an experienced shop foreman dispatcher. Our dealerships have 14 technicians and we are looking for a person who can lead our technician to the next level. Automotive Shop Foreman :

The  automotive shop foreman  oversees daily operations at an automotive shop. Their responsibilities include :

Hiring and training new staff.

• Ensuring repairs are performed correctly by qualified technicians.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring shop conditions (cleanliness, safety, equipment).
• Recommending equipment / tool purchases.

Automotive Service Dispatcher :

The  service dispatcher  implements and maintains an effective dispatch system. Their tasks involve :

Scheduling shop work to maximize productivity.
