Senior Inventory Control Specialist

LHH has partnered with a growing international manufacturing company for an Senior Inventory Control Specialist to play a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant inventory management across our warehouse and distribution network.

This is an onsite role that will travel between Mukwonago WI and Marengo IL.

What You'll Do

• Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop and implement SOPs for inventory control and reporting.
• Manage promotions, markdowns, and cost allocations in systems like Epicor.
• Forecast inventory needs and analyze turnover metrics.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Provide subject matter expertise across departments including finance, operations, and loss prevention.

What We're Looking For

Salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000
