Press Officer, Health Research

A company is looking for a Press Officer, Health Research (ARPA-H).

Key Responsibilities

Researching and writing public affairs documents such as press releases and media interview responses

Analyzing agency information and providing recommendations for strategic communications improvements

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key officials and media, and developing communications plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience

5+ years of media relations experience, preferably in health or science fields

2+ years of experience providing senior-level counsel to Program Managers and Agency Leaders

2+ years of supervisory experience
