What we are looking for :

Prior experience as a Line Cook in a busy kitchen.

Background in Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required.

Ability to follow recipes, execute dishes with consistency, and maintain high standards of quality.

Experience with salads and sandwiches.

• Experience with slicer.

Fluent in Spanish (required).
