Aruza is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations & Sales to lead our expansion across the Texas & Florida market. Aruza is a fast-growing, performance-driven organization built on a foundation of strong leadership, accountability, and innovation. Our team includes both seasoned industry professionals and emerging leaders dedicated to building something exceptional.

As a Regional Director, you will oversee multiple branch operations, focusing on driving sales performance, operational excellence, and leadership development. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the Aruza brand in Texas & Florida— developing high-performing managers, elevating customer experience, and scaling growth across the region.

This position is based in Dallas or Houston and requires travel throughout the Texas region and Florida (Orlando).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers to build strong, high-performing teams.
• Drive excellence across sales and service delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as a culture leader—promoting Aruza’s core values, teamwork, and accountability across all branches.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
• Maximize financial performance through effective resource allocation, operational efficiency, and people development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Aruza’s Executive Team to identify, implement, and scale best practices.
• Provide clear direction, structure, and accountability through consistent communication, performance tracking, and goal-setting.
• Support M&A integration efforts and expansion initiatives across your region.
• Conduct regular site visits and hold structured weekly meetings with all Branch leadership.
• Foster a strong sense of ownership and alignment among all team members.

Requirements:

• 5-8 + years of multi-unit management experience in route-based or service delivery industries (pest control, HVAC, landscaping, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of developing leaders, driving operational efficiency, and achieving aggressive growth targets.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technological and data management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and lead through influence.
• High level of energy, integrity, and ownership, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus, but not required.
