Job Details :

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team as the Regional APP Director servicing our AdventHealth hospitals in the Tampa Bay area of West Florida, including AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, AdventHealth Carrollwood, AdventHealth North Pinellas, and AdventHealth Ocala. This is an ideal position for someone interested in a mix of clinical leadership and healthcare administration.

The Regional APP Director will serve as the APP leader responsible for driving quality of care, best practices, productivity, and proper financial performance throughout the market.

Main Responsibilities :

• Clinical & Operational Leadership : Lead division management, ensuring clinical and financial success. Oversee the quality of medical care, participate in APP recruitment, collaborate on administrative tasks, and update policies.
• Stewardship & Client Relations : Act as a practice steward at the executive level, maintain communication with regional leaders, present KPI metrics, and influence market performance.
