Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, escalating issues as necessary
Clarify customer needs and provide effective solutions while maintaining detailed records
Maintain product knowledge and contribute to team efforts by improving support materials
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in customer support or customer success, with familiarity in ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Experience in EdTech or with technical integrations (SFTP, API, etc.)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Quick learning skills and tech-savviness in a dynamic environment
