Salary : 65-75k

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and delivering projects that meet Restoration Relief requirements for schedule, budget, and quality. The PM will be assigned to lead a project team consisting of a Project Coordinator (PC), Estimator, and others as required by the project. On a project by project basis, this position will be responsible todrive the projectto successful completion. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a clear understanding of the funding status for the project.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For projects assigned, the PM will lead a project team consisting of :

• Project Coordinator (PC)
• Estimator
• Mitigation / Reconstruction / Cleaning Technicians
• Tradespersons
• Suppliers

For projects assigned, the PM will coordinate with :

As a leader of the project team, the project manager will be personally responsible and authorized to make decisions regarding the following items, within the parameters established by applicable Restoration Relief policies and procedures :

Secondary to project execution, the Project Manager will also be called upon to perform functions associated with Business Development, coordinating with the VP of BD and as authorized by his / her supervisor :
