Job Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on UAT Lead to join our team in Redmond, Washington. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Amazon, expertise in AWS, and a strong background in UAT and functional testing. This role involves building and maintaining test infrastructure for a multi-platform product, collaborating with QA engineers, and defining automation strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain test infrastructure for a multi-platform (mobile, web) product to validate all aspects of the product.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Engineers (QAEs) to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and manual test cases for new features.
  • Define automation strategies for test execution, leveraging software configuration management (SCM) to establish a continuous build and test cycle.
  • Design, create, and maintain an end-to-end (E2E) test strategy and test execution suite based on the existing solution roadmap.
  • Create and report test execution status summaries along with defect information.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Experience in test planning and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in manual testing.
  • Experience as a QA lead on medium to large-sized projects.

  • Experience in manual testing, test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Ability to gather test requirements to create detailed test plans and define quality metrics to measure product quality.
