Product Manager, Contributor (CB) Pay & Incentives

About the Role :

• Scale operates a global marketplace for talent, working with Contributors in over 100 countries.
• Understand the cost efficiency and quality for different payment structures - pay by hour, pay by task, etc. to ensure pay transparency, fairness and predictability
• This is a highly cross functional role that will involve working with :
• Dedicated Eng, design and data science staffing + PMs across the org
• Growth, Payment operations and delivery operations for each new project launched
• Support for issues that come up

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. $164,800 — $197,760 USD
