SEASONAL OPS SUPERVISOR

Seasonal Operations Supervisor

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Seasonal Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities at multiple sites, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for four sites.

Principal Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping / Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.
