We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.

2. Qualify leads and set appointments for outside sales representatives.

3. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

4. Provide product information and pricing details to customers.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

1. Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
