About the Role
As a Medical Laboratory Technician , you'll perform essential diagnostic testing to support timely and accurate clinical decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and report clinical lab results in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and more
- Verify test accuracy through quality control procedures and instrumentation checks
- Assist with specimen processing and lab workflow optimization
- Communicate critical values to clinical staff when appropriate
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
