We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established practice with 36 years of experience, supporting a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Our well-established private practice with 36 years of experience seeks a CRNA to join our growing team!

About the Practice :

Integrate into a supportive team environment with 4 full-time and 2 part-time Anesthesiologists, and 7 experienced CRNAs
Broaden your expertise across a wide range of specialties, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, GYN, and more

We managed over 11,000 anesthesia cases in 2023

Maintain a healthy work-life balance with minimal call and strong backup support

Compensation & Benefits :

$218,000 annual base salary, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes 30 days of PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match

$20,000 sign-on bonus

$2,000 annual stipend for CME / technology and relocation assistance if needed

We offer $20,000 per year for five years (totaling $100,000) to help you pay down your student loans

If you don't have student loans, you'll receive this same amount annually as a retention bonus

Meadville is a short drive from Erie, Pennsylvania (about an hour) and Cleveland, Ohio (around 2 hours), offering access to the amenities of a larger city
