THE WORK :

  • You'll monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate construction project performance.
  • You'll review and assess health & safety implications of changes during project execution.
  • You'll develop and implement reporting structures for health & safety performance on all projects.
  • You'll actively engage in daily health & safety management and communications.
  • You'll attend planning and coordination meetings for short- and long-term safety strategies.
  • You'll evaluate effectiveness of site-level health & safety plans through communication assessments.
  • You'll conduct independent health & safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • You'll monitor alignment between health & safety planning and actual on-site execution.
  • You'll assess compliance with KPIs across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • You'll coordinate work activities to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
  • You'll identify, assess, and evaluate high-risk activities to mitigate potential hazards.
  • You'll ensure compliance with Client Safety Programs / Policies and deliver related training sessions.
  • You'll assist in reviewing safe plans of action, lifting plans, and contractor competency assessments.
  • HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field (and / or 3 years experience in a designated Health & Safety role)
  • In-depth knowledge of EPA standards
  • OSHA 30 and or CHST
  • BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE :

  • MSHA Construction a plus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
