Special requirements : This is a PACU and Pre-Anesthesia Combined Unit. The applicant must be proficient in pre-anesthesia and post anesthesia care. Patient Ratios : Providence Seaside has a blended (combined) pre-anesthesia / PACU Department. In Blended Postanesthesia Care : Perianesthesia units may provide Phase I, Phase II, and / or Extended Care within the same environment.
