Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments : Create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored therapy : Offer individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, guiding them on their path to healing.
• Develop comprehensive plans : Craft crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.
• Engage in collaborative care : Work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings : Contribute your expertise in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Maintain professional standards : Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and treatment plans.
